“Unlike the other plumbers I called, Andrius responded to my panic! He was on a job but popped over to assess the urgency (pipe lagging in loft & dripping pipe behind toilet). He put my mind at rest, everything was safe and he completed the work 2 days later (a Saturday - I don't think he has any time off!). He ended up doing more than his original assessment but didn't charge any more than his quote. Nothing's too much trouble. An absolute gem!”
